I'm so grateful for good customer service. So P's bike was stolen and we had a bike basket attached. Well, the day the bike was stolen, the basket was in our home. But the thief got the part where you can attach the basket to the bike. I contacted Amazon to see if I could buy just that part. They instead are replacing the whole thing. Wow. Unexpected. Thank you. That's like costco level of customer service!
